The Fantastic Four discover that bacteria from the Dark Dimension have reproduced rapidly and threaten all life on Earth.
To destroy them Susan Storm and her brother Johnny go into space and darken part of the surface with the power of the Invisible Woman.
The mission lasts three days and is a success, but upon returning they find Maria Hill waiting for them, who wants to arrest Susan as a global threat.
