He wants to conquer the world by creating clones by combining his DNA with that of another ESP.
The only one vulnerable to his telepathic power turns out to be Roxy.
While Luv takes Roxy to the lab, Sarah and Caitlin free themselves and confront Ms. Poppins, who is actually a Coda mercenary.
Mr. Luv has a machine to create exoskeletons that the child uses to look like an adult.
He asks Roxy to create one with her imagination, but the girl creates a giant toy with the appearance of Grunge.
The robot is out of control, but comes in handy to defeat Helmut.
