New 'On the Road' series for Captain America.
Captain America, Falcon and Winter Soldier gather other Captain America (from the Campus and the Railways) to stop Superior.
Captain America also tracks down U.S. Agent and all together try to stop an attack on Norad.
Krieger Frau (Power Woman) is revealed to command the team of Superior and Speed Demon.
Their aim is to free the Sower of Hate, that is, the spirit of Adolf Hitler kept alive by the Red Skull.
To enter Norad they needed Cap's shield, which hides a device that authorizes access to certain sections of the government.
Captain Americas attack them and free Speed Demon from Superiora's hypnotic control, but are unable to prevent Hitler's escape with Krieger Frau.
Superior is captured.

The origins of the Campus Captain America.
Arielle Agbayani attends Boston University and decides to avenge a friend of hers who has been harassed by a rich bully who attends the same campus.
Taking advantage of Halloween, she infiltrates her stana at the brotherhood, retrieves her friend's cell phone and steals the bully's.
Using the content as evidence, he manages to unmask it in front of the entire campus.
