Stand-alone story tied to the regular series of “The Simpsons”.
Itchy and Scratchy mysteriously come out of Simpson's TV, made real.
While at a demonstration at the Nuclear Power Plant hosted by Mr. Burns, Itchy and Scratchy blow up the plant.
The explosion turns all the inhabitants into super-heroes, with the exception of Bart, who stayed home in detention.
Bartman takes action to fix the problem.
He discovers that the two aliens Kang and Kodos are responsible for the creation of Itchy and Scratchy.
Using their technology, Bartman brings Radioactive Man to life, and together they solve the problem.
Bartman goes back in time and undoes what happened.
