Story set in the future
Bart needs a digestive system transplant, which is donated by a mysterious man.
Lisa investigates a fishcake trafficking ring set up by her brother in elementary school.
In the end the donor shows up at the hospital and it is Uter, Bart's classmate, who has become a movie star thanks to the fishcake diet.
The real surprise is how many people offer the same donation, helped by Bart in the past.
