Lisa gives her grandfather Abe's tax return and discovers that he never collected his war pension.
Grandpa Abe chooses, instead of the check with the arrears, to get a tank, the same one he drove during the war.
Together with his son Homer they travel around the city doing damage.
When Homer parks the tank outside the nuclear power plant, he sparks an old feud between Mr. Burns and Mr. Amadopolis, of nearby Shelbyville.
The two billionaires declare war on each other and deploy armaments of all kinds in their respective cities.
Lisa manages to convince them to talk to each other, putting an end to the confrontation.
