Sideshow Ned is released from prison, because they forgot to put him on trial.
Determined to gain a better reputation than his brother Bob, he decides to take revenge against Lisa Simpson.
Lisa has very similar issues with Bart, as her family gives her brother all the attention.
When Ned manages to take the Simpson brothers prisoner, he ends up befriending Lisa, his kindred spirit.
