Homer has an accident during a binge eating competition and as a result loses his taste for food.
Krusty mistakenly obtains a real medical degree and has to replace the Springfield doctors who were victims of a defibrillator accident.
Krusty begins treating patients with laughter therapy, but when it's Homer's turn it's unsuccessful.
Luckily Doctor Hibbert is cured and saves Homer with a brain transplant: he takes away his taste for fashion and uses it to restore his taste for food.
