All these crimes are united by a single perpetrator accused of the crime, the so-called "Isolated Madman".
The Conspiracy links all these crimes to the CIA, the United States secret service, to their ties to former Nazis and aliens (less absurd than it may seem, looking at the facts!).
The CIA is accused of drug trafficking, LSD experiments and mind conditioning of American soldiers and spies (Project MK-Ultra).
Then there are further references to secret sects linked to Freemasonry and more or less abstruse theories on alien experiments and witchcraft.
