The Slaughterer and Virgo recover from Doctor Pronik's ray and discover that they have switched bodies.
That day Virgo must return to visit a dysfunctional family (alcoholic mother, violent and pedophile stepfather, traumatized daughter), but turns up in the body of the Slaughterer.
She gets angry with the man, who would like to abuse the little girl again, but she doesn't control her strength and kills him.
Meanwhile, the Slaughterer introduces himself to the “Maurizietto Italian Show” (obviously a parody of the “Maurizio Costanzo Show”), in which Dr. Pronik must also participate.
In Virgo's body, but with the famous fishbone on his shirt, he massacres everyone present except the doctor, who he captures.
