Gargoyle is fished out of a river like a motionless statue, but when they remove the sediments he awakens and escapes.
At the same time Odin is furious with Thor and takes away his powers, as punishment.
Gargoyle attacks Donald Blake, who can't help but escape.
Someone from Asgard is helping him and a simple touch of the stranger is enough to temporarily restore Thor's powers.
Thor defeats Gargoyle.
On Asgard, Odin thanks Honir the hunter for his help.

Baron Zemo, the Enchantress and the Executor are contacted by Immortus, lord of Limbo.
In exchange for their alliance, Immortus promises to defeat the Avengers.
Immortus (his connection with Kang is still unknown) pits characters from the past against the Avengers.
The Avengers defeat Goliath, Merlin and Hercules.
Immortus takes Captain America to the past, where he holds Rick Jones prisoner, but Cap manages to free him.
Back in the present, Captain America helps the Avengers fend off Zemo and his allies.
