Thor is struck by warrior fury, losing control.
The original title (“A God Berserk!”) Explains better the meaning of the term fury: it is believed that the Berserker is a Viking warrior who, during the battle, loses control becoming unstoppable.
In this state, Thor rejoins Him and confronts Him, while Balder is immobilized by Him power to command the plants.
Odin witnesses the battle and is forced to punish his son, since letting himself be dominated by warrior fury is forbidden.
Thor triumphs over Him, who retreats into his cocoon and returns to space.
Sif defends him, since he didn't hurt her and acted like a child.
Odin forces Thor to set out into space in search of Galactus.

The Avengers, looking for Magneto to free Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver from his control, clash with the X-Men (Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Angel, Beast and Iceman).
The X-Men are mentally controlled by Magneto's machines, but the effect doesn't last long.
Avengers and X-Men defeat Magneto, who appears to die in an explosion.
Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch escape with Toad.

Black Widow confronts and defeats the criminals who threaten his housekeeper and son.
Curiously, although the Italian origin of both the victims and the criminals is evident (the housekeeper is called Maria and the boss is Mr. Rizzo), in translation they all become Puerto Rican!
