The culprit is billionaire Kronin Krask, who wants to blackmail North into performing an illegal brain transplant surgery.
Thor reaches Krask's residence, but is drugged.
Dr. North is forced to perform the surgery, transferring Kronin Krask's mind into Thor's body.
Thor and Krask collide on the astral plane and the human is defeated.
