The story is set just after the fall of SHIELD.
Two CIA agents are killed in Berlin, by two mysterious killers able to fly.
Mac Bennett and Countess Valeria De Allegro MacKenzie, former SHIELD agents, are informed of the crime at the Headquarters.
The killers left a video message from HYDRA, claiming the crime.
Nick Fury is in hiding, but he is the only one who can stand in the way of the HYDRA.
The two HYDRA killers attack Dum Dum Dugan, now retired, and kidnap him.
Val and Mac track down Nick Fury and warn him of the return of HYDRA, but have been followed.
The two killers are repelled by former SHIELD agents, but Dum Dum's lifeless body remains on the ground.
