Iron Man and Tony Stark attend a technology convention in New York.
There is also the stand of Stane International, formerly Stark International, whose editor is Chen Lu, aka The Radioactive Man.
Among the visitors comes Peter Parker.
Chen Lu senses the radioactivity in Spider-Man's blood and so does he.
That evening, Spider-Man returns to the convention and is captured by the Radioactive Man, who has the power to weaken him.
Iron Man, informed by a former employee, intervenes at Stane International and saves Spider-Man.
The ownership of the Stane, not yet known, blames Dr. Chen Lu, who is arrested.

Nick Fury and his agents are immersed in memories of deltoids, dating back to World War II.
They discover that the deltoids belong to an alien race, the Gnobians, who travel the galaxy absorbing the memories of the planets they visit, feeding on them.
Unfortunately they meet Baron Von Strucker, who offers his memories and corrupts them.
Lump, to save the day, relies on Nick Fury.
