Tony Stark returns home, paralyzed.
The women he dates avoid him now.
This reminds him of the incident suffered in Viet-Nam (now only Southeast Asia), which gave rise to Iron Man.
It turns out he was dating Joanna Nivena, a rich and beautiful blonde at the time.
Tony turned the woman away so as not to reveal his new heart problem, but she persisted, pushing him to be a hero.
In the present, Tony decides to react and modifies the armor so that he can walk.
