London, 1766.
Lady Caroline and Viscount Vauxhall enjoy a night of love in London as they yearn to inflict new torture on Janice.
Janice is taken to Madame Clark's brothel, wearing however a chastity belt.
Her job will be to excite the clients of the brothel, for Lady Caroline's pleasure.
Janice does her job very well and also knows a priest.
After the exhausting evening, as a reward, Janice is offered again to the servant Horace, but the Viscount and Caroline also participate.
A few weeks later Janice is introduced to Milord Mitchcombe, a wealthy middle-aged man.
The man immediately falls in love with the young woman, who is presented to him as an innocent widow.
Janice agrees to marry the lord, but shortly after the wedding she meets the abbot of the area and recognizes the priest of the brothel.
Abbot Redman shows up at the Mitchcombe house, believing her to be alone and blackmails her.
They are surprised during intercourse by the landlord.
The priest blames Janice and the lord believes him.
Janice is humiliated by the two men, whom she then has to satisfy at the same time.
Lord Mitchcombe turns to the Viscount, who offers to punish his lustful wife.
Janice has to submit to the Viscount, who transforms the brand from a "V" to an "M".
Her husband takes her back to the brothel, where this time she is the one who satisfies the customers.
Among them Janice recognizes Richard, her former lover and father of the aborted baby.
Richard also takes advantage of her, before returning her to her husband.
Lord Mitchcombe now seems to appreciate his wife's vices, but Richard has followed them home and kills the noble.
The Viscount calls her back to his mansion, now that she is no longer tied to her deceased husband.
