A sect of vampires, the Skinwalkers, kidnap lonely girls in Las Vegas to feed on.
Hulk is lured into their catacombs upon arriving in the city and finds himself confronted by the Firstborn.
Meanwhile, in his mind, Bruce Banner is manipulated by the ghost of Betty Ross into sealing a deal.
If he gives Hulk's flesh to the Firstborn, the demon will bring Charlie back to life.
Bruce signs the deal and Hulk is magically immobilized.
