Kraven returns with his partner Calypso (topless !!)
Peter Parker starts dating Marcy Kane, hurting poor Debbie.
Kraven and Calypso attack Spider-man to get revenge, but then argue when she steps in to help Kraven in trouble.
Kraven breaks up with her and is arrested.
Apart from Calypso's incredible topless (you can't see anything, of course) and Marcy Kane's plunging neckline, there is nothing else in particular in the story.

Black Phoenix leaves the Earth, hungry.
She completely consumes a star, destroying even the planets in her system.
However, the system was inhabited and was part of the Shi'ar empire, with 5 billion inhabitants.
Empress Lilandra is informed by a cruiser before Phoenix destroys it.
One of Claremont's best stories is presented here fragmented into two books, unfortunately, undeservingly.
The fact remains that it is the apex of the Phoenix cycle, a masterpiece.

Everyone is concerned about the Black Phoenix threat, both on Earth and in the Shi'ar empire.
After feeding, Phoenix returns to Earth, to her home, where she meets her parents and sister.
She can barely maintain control and is forced to walk away so as not to lose it.
Nightcrawler takes advantage of this to put her a telepathic inhibitor built by the Beast.
The X-men face her.
Also this time the story is divided into several books.
A real shame, for the famous Phoenix cycle.
