Cloak & Dagger are back, always busy with their crusade against drug dealing.
Spider-man tries to get them to stop, but in vain.
However, he discovers that they are looking for Silvermane, the criminal boss in charge of the dealing area.
The criminal is badly injured after his latest fight with Spider-man and Peter must ask the Kingpin where to find him.
Kingpin, for personal interest, gives him the address.
He arrives however too late and Silvermane is apparently killed by Dagger.
The tones of the topics covered in the series grow positively.

Silvermane's men repel Spider-man and his doctor finds a way to save his life.
Silvermane is turned into a cyborg and wants to take revenge on Cloak & Dagger.
Dagger manages to stop him again with her powers.
Although the girl understands Spider-man's desire not to see them involved in those murders, Dagger remains by Cloak's side.
Less successful than the previous episode, although Silvermane will return frequently in the future.
