In the apartment he finds the old friend of the Fox killed.

Chance is defeated and Spider-Man pays the Black Fox's debts with the golden notebook created by the Beyonder.

Infernal Gala organized by the old human management of the club:
The White King, Edward Buckman, the White Queen, Paris Seville.
Sebastian Shaw, with his mistress Lourdes Chantel, are invited to the Gala, but the White King plots against them with Stephen Lang.
Emma Frost is attacked by his Sentinels and Lourdes, Sebastian, Tessa (her assistant) and Leland intervene to save her.
In the fight Lourdes dies and Shaw retaliates by killing the humans of the inner circle and taking their place.
