Spider-Man is drugged by Joe.
Tombstone beats him while he is tied up, in front of the other inmates, then escapes threatening to kill him.
While in the helicopter, Joe finally finds the courage to attack him and they both end up falling from the helicopter, without Spider-Man being able to do anything.
