The Vulture attacks the airplane on which Peter Parker is traveling back from Las Vegas.
His target is another passenger, who has stolen his journals.
First Peter takes the injured stewardess to safety, then chases him.
While they are fighting, the Vulture injects him with cobra venom and risks dying.
Fortunately, the hostess is actually a C.I.D. who returns to save him (and arrest the man kidnapped by the Vulture).
