pencil and story: Magnus

Rare science fiction story written by the eclectic and late Magnus (real name Roberto Raviola 1939-1996).
The protagonist of the adventure is Colonel Paulonia Romana, Countess Zumo.
Paulonia works for the Emperor's military secret services, flanked by the faithful Automa Uer.
The young and splendid Countess acts in a space empire (vaguely reminiscent of the tales of Dune, by Frank Herbert).
Paulonia does not hesitate to undress to carry out her missions, without ever giving in sentimentally.
The only hint of a past connection is made when she meets her colleague Avonna, who however coldly rejects.
Paulonia enjoys the protection of her father, Count Zumo, close to the Emperor.
However, when her father promises her in marriage to the mature Marquis Ganlo of Fruenze, Marshal Commander in Chief of the Imperial Assault Infantry (of which Paulonia is a part), Paulonia prefers to flee!
