Wonderful cycle starring Darth Maul, the sith protagonist of episode 1.
Maul against the Black Sun (the space mafia), by order of the emperor.
What makes the cycle memorable is the choice to minimize the clouds.
Probably a deliberate choice, since Maul practically does not speak in the movie.

No story from the comic book series prior to the Disney purchase (October 30, 2012) was recognized in the new continuity.
