Susy, a slim high school senior, receives a special gift from the aunt she has never met.
She sent her a lace underwear set with magical powers.
In fact, as soon as she wears it, she transforms into a beautiful, busty girl.
At the school prom, however, she discovers that looks aren't everything, as the school "handsome one" turns out to be a pompous idiot, while her classmates (who don't recognize her) attack her jealously.
She decides to set off in search of her aunt, to discover the origin of the miraculous underwear set.
She reaches Fely City, a city reserved for those who want to live their lives in freedom, without prejudice.
With her normal appearance she doesn't find a job, but as Sweet Susy, the pseudonym she chose for her sexy version, she is immediately hired in a nightclub.
Shortly afterwards she meets the son of the owner of the club, who falls in love with her as Susy.
After meeting him, she manages to track down her aunt and discovers that the underwear set is a family tradition reserved for first-born daughters.
However, its power disappears if its holder falls in love.
Susy admits that she loves the young man she has just met and her aunt chases her away.
Susy, who lost her underwear in the nightclub explosion, ends up sleeping on the street, until her mother arrives to save her.
Back home she meets her love at university, where they are both about to enroll.
When she returns home she discovers that her underwear was also saved from the explosion and still works, despite her aunt's warning.
