The origins of Beta Ray Bill, on the world of the korbinites.
Korbinite hunters capture a wild creature, the Toug.
The creature is used for the realization of the Beta project, a biological cross between a korbinite and the creature itself.
Beta will have to replace Alfa in command of the evacuation fleet of the entire race, to save himself from the destruction of their world.
Alpha, a cyborg, proved unstable.
Beta kills Alpha and the high priest who sent him against him, then assumes his leadership role.

"The Seduction"

Thor has just defeated Mangog and Thanos, with the help of Tarene, Firelord and the Recorder, as well as some magical power-ups provided by Odin.
Thor does not want to give up the new weapons, for good for future threats, but Odin is against.
Send Balder against him, in the guise of Mangog.
After the fight, Thor realizes the corruption of magical weapons and gives it up.

"Blessings"

Volstagg brings a New York attorney to Asgard to help Thor make a will.
Rather useless, as a story, which reveals nothing, but beautiful drawing!

"What come next"

Loki travels through time thanks to the scepter of power from the M.C.U. (here called by Loki "magic stick").
The reasons are not clear, but in this version Loki can change sex whenever he wants.
The story is related to the “Defenders: Beyond” series, which I don't own.

"Who brandishes whom?"

Odin faces storm giants with Mjolnir, in the distant past.
Odin begins to feel the weight of Mjolnir, so his abandonment is near, but the story is told by the hammer, not the god.
The story is too short to evaluate, but again beautifully drawn.

"The Second Son of Asgard"

Odin's funeral ends with the fire of the crib thrown into space.
Thor leaves Loki the honor of shooting the arrow, which transforms their father's lifeless body into a new sun.
Sif warns Thor that all the powers of the universe are watching him, not Odin's body.
After the funeral Thor talks to his father, now locked inside Mjolnir and discovers that Valhalla is now empty and all the souls it contained have disappeared.
