Thor asks Loki for help in rebuilding the Bifrost.
From the portal opened by Loki arrives on Asgard Darkoth, the Demon of Death, alias Desmond Pitt.
Darkoth is covered in a black substance, which is revealed to be Eddie Brock, aka Venom, aka the King in Black.
Venom and Thor go after Darkoth, who is only starting to use his power, bonded to another symbiote.
Darkoth creates a hammer identical to Mjolnir, but red (see Carnage!).
