The two heroes collide and Cap has the worst of it.
A good story, on the whole, that shows the shadows of the "American dream".

The miniseries tells the encounter between Captain America (Steve Rogers), the hero of the Second World War, and Frank Simpson, the US super soldier for the war in Vietnam.
In this chapter, Cap learns of Simpson's origins from his superior in SHIELD, Carol Danvers (Captain Marvel, but without powers in this reality).
Cap sets out in search of Simpson in Southeast Asia, but when he finds him he suffers another defeat, after discovering that the former soldier has used his blood to empower an entire village, including children and old people.
A good story, on the whole, that shows the shadows of the "American dream".
