Reed discovers that in a few days all of humanity has been devoured by superhero zombies.
To save him from certain death comes Magneto, the only untransformed super, who leads him to a refuge with the few survivors.
Meanwhile, in his reality, the other Fantastic Four find the portal, just in time to come face to face with their zombies versions.
The zombies miniseries continues, in the only way a similar series can play out.
