The series tells the adventures of the Ultimates, the Avengers of the “Ultimate” version, which inspired most of the elements included in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe).
In the fifth chapter, the Ultimates must manage the return of Hulk.
The Hulk is portrayed as a horny freak, consumed with jealousy for Betty Ross, who dated Freddie Prinze jr.
Giant man tries to stop him but is easily defeated, the same is for Iron Man soon after. Wasp manages to push him away from the crowd by showing him her breasts (only to him, of course, not to the readers).
Cap almost manages to beat him, but only Thor's arrival solves the problem.
Si comincia a vedere, nel finale dell’episodio, la differenza tra Capitan America di questo universo e quello normale: Steve Rogers è più violento, conservatore e “militare” di quanto sia mai stato.
We begin to glimpse the "dark" version of this alternate universe of the Marvel Universe. Original for this publisher (but already seen in DC).

The series tells the adventures of the Ultimates, the Avengers of the “Ultimate” version, which inspired most of the elements included in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe).
The sixth chapter shows the disaster caused by Hulk, the commercial moves of the SHIELD to not lose credit with the public (Hulk is spoken of as someone other than Bruce Banner, who still works for them) and the nascent friendship between Tony Stark, Thor and Steve Rogers (a bit forced the bond between Thor and Stark, given the great difference of the characters).
Jarvis's homosexuality is also hinted at, very delicately. Tony Stark also reveals that he has an incurable brain tumor.
To escape it she shrinks in size (once again she 'sees' naked), but Hank has her ants attack her, which engulf her.
Hank's expression is chilling, indifferent while the ants hurt her.
Nice story, overall. Courageous.
