New miniseries with the encounter between Ultimates and the characters from the Supreme Power universe.
Final fight, all against Hulk.
In the end it is the Fantastic Four who beat him. Emil Burbank and Nick Fury, accomplices, are arrested by the Supreme Squadron. Zarda (Princess Power aka Wonder Woman) follows the Ultimates into their universe to control them.
The end of the miniseries isn't particularly significant.

Miniseries dedicated to Vision.
Vision and Falcon vs Gah Lak Tus.
Tarleton sacrifices Dima to penetrate the alien's defenses and Vision retaliates by destroying him. SHIELD does not destroy the remains of Gah Lak Tus, but keeps them for study.
Vision stays on Earth with Falcon until she can leave.
MODOK survives only as a head.
Congratulations again to Peterson for the graphic work, but the story doesn't turn out.
Note: It took them a year in the US to release both miniseries, I don't know why.
This probably suffered from the quality.
