Valentina reads the story of Bonnie & Clyde, American bank robbers in the 1930s.
The story begins in Dallas, in 1932.
Clyde Barrow meets Bonnie Parker and they get along quickly.
Bonnie follows Clyde out of love, but he only cares about robberies, so she joins him.
Their decline began in 1933, with the death of Clyde's brother Buck.
In 1934, Special Agent Kindell sets a death trap for them.
Valentina obviously identifies with Bonnie.

"The manuscript found in a stroller"

While in the park with little Mattia, an unknown woman slips a manuscript into Valentina's stroller.
Later a couple shows up at Valentina's house, with the excuse of a photo shoot of her baby.
Valentina doesn't let them in and during the night they come back, knocking Philip out and stealing the stroller.
They can't find what they're looking for, as Valentina slipped the manuscript into the washing machine without realizing it and now all the drawings have moved onto the linen.
Philip and Valentina study the writings, finding them incomprehensible.
the next day, in the street, Valentina finds them with the stroller, while other criminals are trying to catch it.
Valentina intrudes and discovers that the famous manuscript is none other than the first comic that escaped Russian censorship.
A few days later the comic is published and everything is resolved.

“Pietro Giacomo Rogeri”

Valentina is hired to photograph a 250-year-old cello by a mysterious young woman, who then disappears.
the ancient instrument is sought after by many people and belonged to Niccolò Paganini.
Valentina finds a young tramp asleep in the car with some sheet music.
As the various groups looking for the cello approach, Valentina falls in love with Bruno, the tramp.
the cello is stolen by an old professor, who in turn is killed by a gang of criminals.
The criminals work for an old fascist, looking for the scores hidden in the custody.
Valentina had removed the scores, using them as decorations.
The criminals kidnap her in front of Bruno and take her to the old woman.
The old fascist tortures Valentina with tickles, but Bruno comes to save her, along with the cello.
Valentina discovers that Bruno is only interested in the cello, which is called Pietro Giacomo Rogeri.

"Blind man's buff"

A former lover of Valentina, Lukas, forgets a suitcase at his home.
Philip only knows that they kissed, not that they had sex.
Lukas is found dead after a motorcycle accident between Bolzano and Verona.
The couple does not trust to open the suitcase, fearing the worst.
A few days later Valentina is kidnapped by someone who wants the suitcase.
The criminals do not believe her when she swears that she has not opened it and to discover the truth they make her undress and isolate her, for psychological torture.
A woman is locked up with her.
The woman is an accomplice of the kidnappers and seduces Valentina.
Convinced of her sincerity, they organize an exchange between her and the suitcase, contacting Philip.

"Valentina in the subway"

Valentina's dream, for a perverse journey on the subway.
The conductor makes her undress completely, instead of asking for a ticket.
During the dream journey Valentina receives strange visits.
A rhino attacks her, but then turns into a man.
A woman (his mistress during the kidnapping) escapes from a suitcase and Valentina takes its place.
She is saved by Humphrey Bogart.
Other bizarre attacks follow, both male and female, to then move on to characters from other comics.

A model of Valentina is murdered after a photo shoot.
The unfortunate was completely shaved.
The second victim is called Mariangela, a journalist friend of Valentina, the same treatment.
The third victim is Countess Gioietta, while Valentina attends a party.
The fourth victim is an actress, killed while in Valentina's studio.
The fifth victim is a beautiful German with whom Valentina shares the sleeper on the train.
The suspicions are now all against poor Valentina.
Four other women die before the killer reveals herself.
This is Ruth O’Sullivan, a model injured in Valentina's studio, who wants to take revenge on her.
The two women fight and Ruth dies poisoned by a pin she wanted to use against Valentina.

“Subconscious Valentina”

Last “horizontal” story.
A crack appears in Valentina and Philip's bedroom and Valentina begins to have nightmares.
The Dungeons return to haunt Valentina, inflicting physical and psychological torture on her.
As they appeared, so they disappear… or maybe it's just paranoia!
