This is the first story in which Valentina is the protagonist.
A countess and her band of thieves kidnap Valentina, an involuntary witness to a crime.
Philip begins to investigate, but Valentina is released shortly after, as she does not know she is a witness.
The couple begins to investigate, discovering the murder of a man by the countess.
The investigation takes them to Prague, where the gang wants to capture an escaped accomplice with a precious belt.
The accomplice is killed and Valentina is kidnapped by the countess.
Philip joins them and manages to stop the countess, accidentally killing her.

Valentina visits Venice, guest of her lover Arno.
During her stay, strange incidents occur with statues of angels crushing passers-by and falling.
Arno wants to make a film about Venice and asks Valentina for help.
He accompanies her to an old photographer, in possession of ancient plates from the turn of the century.
Valentina finds a photograph of a dungeon and suspects their involvement in the Angels' incidents.
Valentina is attacked by them and the old photographer is killed.
Scared, Valentina leaves town.

Bianca's travels

Erotic version of the novel "Gulliver's Travels" by Jonathan Swift, created by Guido Crepax.
Bianca is a space explorer from the year 11,727 and navigates space with two male colleagues.
In the fourth and final chapter, Bianca falls to the horse-controlled planet, where men behave like wild and stupid animals.
Bianca gets along very well with horses and loves their idyllic and ecological society.
After her travels, Bianca returns to Earth and buys a horse to ride naked in the countryside.
Crepax's version and Manara's are very similar, probably because they are faithfully based on the original story.
Having not read it, however, I cannot confirm.

Hello, Anita!

Anita is alone in the house, at night in the summer, while during the day she works in the office.
Fantasy and loneliness push her towards malicious thoughts, particularly when she starts getting phone calls from a stranger.
The man insists on talking to Valentina.
Anita becomes obsessed with calls, indulging in hallucinations.
Valentina appears, in her role of dominant photographer, but it's just a fantasy.
