An American military base is attacked by a vampire, killing 27 people.
Colonel Bullet, commander of the base, asks for help from Dane Jackson, former head of the Wetworks, who has faced vampires in the past.
Dane accepts the assignment but demands to be supported by Mother One and Red, the vampire warrior with whom he has already worked.

Bullet hackers manage to track down Red.
The vampire, having become addicted to a substance that keeps her vampire frenzy under control, is forced to prostitute herself to buy it.
Dane Jackson reaches her after the last assignment and convinces her to help him.
Meanwhile, at the military base, the AB-Death creature, a laboratory-created monster capable of traveling between the worlds of the living and the dead, confirms that Mother One can be brought back to life.
As Mother One's body regenerates, the base comes under attack.
Red confronts the attacker and discovers that he is a werewolf cop.

The vampire who attacked the base and stole a secret weapon kept there reaches San Francisco, leaving a trail of blood behind him.
Dane Jackson, Red and AB-Death set out to stop him.
Mother One finishes repairing itself and upon awakening hacks into the base's computers, discovering the truth.
She frees the werewolf cop from his cell and together they set off for San Francisco.

Dane Jackson and his new team catch up with the fugitive vampire, as he is performing a strange magical ritual with body parts from his many victims.
The three augmented ones face Simon Vascar, the vampire from another dimension, but are defeated.
Mother One and the policeman arrive just in time to save them, scaring the vampire away.

The werewolf cop transports Dane and Mother One to his dimension (the same one Vascar comes from).
He explain to them that in that world, vampires defeated humans by slaughtering them.
Two factions were born: the vampires on one side and the other monsters, with the few surviving humans, on the other.
The group reaches the prison from which Vascar escaped and is updated on his story.
Simon Vascar had infiltrated Muerto Angeles (their version of Los Angeles) by posing as a human.
At the right moment he betrayed the humans by opening the city gates and allowing the vampires to enter.
After a fierce fight he was captured and taken to prison.

Simon Vascar escapes when the Blood Box, a container filled with the souls of executed vampires, is stolen by Colonel Bullet and taken to the other dimension.
After the escape, Vascar reached the Box and stole it again.
Simon Vascar, with the Blood Box, meets the vampire king from the other dimension.
