Lord Emp, disguised as a little girl, and Spartan, in the guise of her beautiful, ditzy mother, show up for an interview with the old headmaster.
The Principal hypnotizes Bambi, the mother, and orders her to kiss him first, then to capture the little girl.
In a secret passage he leads them to a demonic bomb, the Psichlotron, which Kenyan wants to use against humanity.
Cole Cash and Noir intervene to support and the bomb is neutralized.
