Kevin Hawkins, a disgraced S.A.S. agent, is forced by his boss to accept the worst assignments.
This time he is ordered to kill the members of the Authority.

In 1933 Elijah Snow travels to Africa and reaches the legendary city of Opak-Re.
Attacked by the city's outer defenses, he is saved by Kevin Sack, Blackstock (Wildstorm's version of Tarzan).
Thanks to his recommendation Snow is allowed into the city and becomes the lover of Anaykah, a beautiful scientist.
During a conversation with Blackstock, the man reveals, in addition to a deep racism, a homosexual tendency of the “Monkey King”.
Elijah leaves the African city, only to return 18 months later.
Anyakah welcomes him at the entrance, just before Opak-Re closes itself off from the outside world.
She entrusts him with her daughter Jakita, born from the relationship between Anyakah and Blackstock, which began after Elijah's departure.
Snow says goodbye to his first great love and entrusts the newborn to the Wagner family in Germany, who raise her as if she were their own.
