Wolverine is brought dead to Japan by the Tiger, who gives him to Dai-Kumo.
The Yakuza boss decides to bury him.
At the burial are present Reiko and Goro, his lieutenants.
Reiko leaves a lotus flower on the chest and returns during the night to visit the grave.
Wolverine awakens at that moment and promises the woman that he will stop Goro and Dai-Kumo, restoring her freedom.
Logan reaches the Yakuza base while demonstrating the effects of the drug extracted from monkeys, which doesn't cure cancer, but makes you strong and wild.
The demonstration is done on a wolf, which manages to kill three hungry tigers.
When the wolf comes face to face with Wolverine, they recognize each other and don't fight.
Wolverine goes after and kills the scientist who created the drug.
Immediately afterwards he confronts Goro, who however leaves his legs wounded alive.
When she returns to Dai-Kumo she finds him murdered by Reiko.

Excalibur is tricked into a world where Magik is the Sorcerer Supreme, accomplice of a terrorist Kitty.
London is controlled by a fascist police and its best agent is Justice Bull, a woman with a costume similar to that of Captain Britain, judge, jury and executioner of criminals (Judge Dredd, to understand!).
Nightcrawler is quickly arrested for assaulting a policeman (his version in this universe).
Meggan loses control from too much pollution.
The local version of Kitty is killed by Magik and Captain Britain is very shocked to see her die.
Magik wants to seize power, but hasn't reckoned with the Phoenix's powers, which override hers.
Justice Bull allows Excalibur to leave, on the condition that it never be seen again.
Bad editorial choice by Magic Press, which chronologically messed up the stories of the series, already difficult to follow normally!
