Yorick Brown, Agent 355 and Dr. Mann meet the Russian Natalya on a train, headed to the landing site of the orbiting probe.
The group reaches the research center and meet the twin scientists who run it.
As they prepare for the probe's arrival, they are attacked by the Israeli army, sent by Yorick's mother.
Their general wants to capture the last man and use him to keep tensions high between the various governments.
Agent 355 manages to save Yorick with Natalya's help, but unfortunately the probe crashes and only the female astronaut survives.
They discover that the woman is pregnant.
Natalya stays with the twins to protect her, while Yorick, 355 and Dr. Mann continue their journey to Los Angeles.
Hero meanwhile has returned to Washington, to her mother.
