Before subscribing to one of the subscriptions offered, I invite you to carefully read the following general conditions.

The conditions set out here are applicable to any device you are using for access (Personal Computer, Tablet, Smartphone or similar).

By clicking on the "Accept and Continue" button, all the contractual conditions set out here are understood to be accepted.

Any changes to the subscription conditions will be promptly reported and will take effect 30 days after publication. If the contractor does not intend to accept the changes made to the contract, he may withdraw from the contract according to the terms specified in point Right of withdrawal.

To purchase the subscription service, you must be of legal age. For Italy it is necessary to be 18 years old, while for other countries it depends on local laws.

The subscription can only be taken out by individuals and is intended exclusively for private personal use. The material published in the section subject to subscription cannot be used for commercial purposes.

The billing data are mandatory for the conclusion of the contract, as they are essential for issuing the invoice and for verifying the age of majority. If this information is not provided, it will not be possible to conclude the contract and therefore subscribe.

The subscriber will be personally liable for any fraudulent use of the subscription and must prevent its use by minors.

The subscriber is also aware that the stories published in the reserved section are mainly of a sexual nature, without gender restrictions. Furthermore, all the characters are works of fiction, any reference to real facts or people is purely coincidental.

The contractor can choose between the payment methods available on the Site and follow the instructions provided online.

Transactions are performed via a secure connection, which will transit exclusively on the Payment Manager's getaway. No information regarding the contractor's credit card number or passwords will ever be seen by the undersigned Paolo Galler.

There are 4 forms of subscription, distinguished according to the duration.

The cost of the subscription will be charged through the chosen payment method.

There are no automatic renewals, but an email will be sent a few days before the expiry as a reminder for the renewal.

The period will start from the moment of confirmation of the purchase.

There are no variations in the subscription cost for the duration of the subscription period, but there may be variations in the renewal phase. Any changes will be reported 30 days before the entry into force and will be specified in this paragraph.

The subscription options are as follows:

• Basic subscription (for 7 days): € 10.00 (Euro-ten/00)
• Silver subscription (for 1 month): € 20.00 (Euro-twenty/00)
• Gold subscription (for 6 months): € 50,00 (Euro-fifty/00)
• Platinium subscription (for 1 year): € 70.00 (Euro-seventy/00)

Subscription promotions linked to particular periods or events (such as exhibitions, fairs, conventions, etc.) will be possible. These promotions will be spot and linked exclusively to the first subscription.

Considering the periodic characteristic of the subscription forms, there are no withdrawal or refund rights, except as specified in point Right of withdrawal.

Paolo Galler grants the subscriber the limited right, exclusively for personal (non-commercial), non-transferable and non-transferable use of the material published on the Website www.paologaller.com, for the following uses:

Online consultation of the videos and / or images of the published material.

The stories and images displayed are the exclusive property of the owner of the Site (Paolo Gallerand cannot be exploited in any way, protected by national copyright law. This contract does not in any way represent a contract for the sale or transfer of any rights to the contents.

The subscription must not in any way circumvent or disable the protection systems of the Site, download and copy in any way the video material or images published on the Site.

Furthermore, the subscriber must not re-transmit or exploit in any way the videos or images published online.

Any violation of the foregoing or illegal or detrimental copyright action will give me the right to immediate suspension of the service and will be punished by the laws in force.

The subscriber can exercise the right of withdrawal only in case of suspension of the service offered before the natural expiry of the subscription or in case of changes in the contract signed during the duration of the subscription not shared by the subscriber (since an automatic renewal is not foreseen, they are rate variations excluded).

In this case, you will be entitled to a proportionate refund of the period in which you were unable to enjoy the subscription, through the same payment method chosen at the time of subscription.

This contract is regulated by the Italian law.

The application of Italian law does not affect the possible application of mandatory rules of the legal system of the country of residence of the subscriber, for his specific protection.

In the event of a dispute, the Court of Trento, Italy will have jurisdiction.
